Julie’s passion for hospitality began at her first job at Chili’s, where she discovered how much she enjoyed the fast-paced, customer-focused nature of the industry. That led her to pursue a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Las Vegas. Her work at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, further honed her expertise which deepened her understanding of the hospitality industry.
Julie thrives on new experiences, creativity, and connecting with people. She has always had a deep love for the arts, whether it’s through her years of training in Korean Traditional Dance or her time spent in the marching band throughout high school. She is also a big fan of improv comedy shows and loves exploring new eateries and cities.
She feels fortunate to work at Compound because it aligns with both her professional and personal interests and values.
